    The area is lively, perfect for some outlet shopping and exploring local sites. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast options were excellent and delicious. Be sure to check out the nearby cafes for great coffee.

    I wish the hotel had better coffee options available in the room, as only Nescafé sachets were provided.

    Staff are courteous especially those at the reception area. They are also accommodating. Housekeeping is fast on their service.

    There is no free wi-fi considering of the high room rate. No free wifi in the room and in the whole area of the hotel. There are also few selections of the food especially during breakfast.

    The staff here were amazing. They were really good too assist me with tour planning, vegetarian food requests, and were always friendly. The location was perfect, close enough to easily get a taxi to the city center or west lake, and right across from a beautiful park with a lake for morning walks or runs. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice work table. Room service and laundry service were prompt.

    Nothing it is perfect.

    Plus, there was a beautiful park with a lake just across the street where I started my day. the staff was attentive and helped me with tour bookings and arranged my vegetarian meals. the room was spacious and quiet, with an impressive shower and bathtub. I enjoyed delicious food with prompt room service.

    I have to say that, compared to my previous stays in Nikko hotels, the bed was not as comfortable as I had expected.

    the room was lavish and spacious, with breathtaking views of the city. the exclusive amenities provided were exceptional and surpassed our expectations. the staff was welcoming and attentive, providing top-notch service. the spa and wellness centre provided invigorating beauty treatments and massages, and the sauna and outdoor swimming pool were clean and relaxing.

    The only issue we encountered was the lack of vegetarian options in the restaurant. the hotel seems to be working on improving this aspect, but it could benefit from more options with special dietary needs.

    The breakfast buffet was varied and with delicious local foods. The hotel is located near a beautiful lake and it's a short walk away from the main attractions of the city. The room was clean and well-appointed, with comfortable facilities.

    The staff at the restaurant was not very efficient and sometimes seemed indifferent to our requests. The gym was not well-equipped and felt a bit cramped.

    Best aspects of the stay were the friendly staff and the quiet rooms with great air conditioning. the location was also convenient for exploring the city and there was easy access to transportation. the amenities such as the swimming pool and gym were well-maintained and enjoyable.

    Worst aspects of the stay were the uncomfortably hard beds and lack of adequate cooling from the air conditioning. the price of the rooms seemed high compared to the level of service received.
